Is Venvera a transaction monitoring or KYC system?+
No. Venvera manages the AML/CFT programme and its evidence. It does not monitor transactions, screen sanctions lists or verify customers, and it holds no customer data. It records the process evidence a supervisor reviews, such as monitoring design decisions and sample reviews.
When does the AML Regulation apply?+
From 10 July 2027. Until then the same duties apply under national laws transposing Directive (EU) 2015/849, so each requirement that replaces a Directive duty names the equivalent article. The EBA guidelines in the module already apply.
Can we use our existing evidence?+
Yes. Bring your policies and supporting evidence into Venvera and link them to the relevant controls. Cross-framework mappings help you identify reusable work; your team still reviews whether the evidence meets each requirement.
What is included in the trial?+
The 14-day Professional trial includes up to five frameworks and unlimited users, with no credit card required. You can explore the controls, assess gaps and organise your compliance work. Framework modules are on paid plans; compare plans for feature availability.
