This Cookie Policy explains how Atlant Security EOOD (“Venvera,” “we,” “us”), registered in Sofia, Bulgaria, uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at venvera.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly.

We build compliance software, so we keep our own footprint deliberately small: we use first-party, privacy-friendly tooling hosted in the EU, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. “Similar technologies” include local storage and pixels that perform comparable functions. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you secure, and understand how the site is used.

3. Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly necessary

These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include security and anti-abuse cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile, which we use on our demo and assessment forms to tell humans from bots without intrusive CAPTCHAs, and cookies that remember your basic preferences (such as cookie choices). No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies.

3.2 Analytics

We measure how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited and where visitors arrive from) with PostHog, which we self-host in the European Union. This is first-party analytics: the data stays with us, is not sold or shared for advertising, and is used only to improve the site. Depending on your choices it may set a first-party cookie or use local storage to count visits accurately.

3.3 What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or third-party cross-site tracking. We do not sell or share information collected through cookies with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Managing Your Choices

Where required by law, we ask for your consent to non-essential (analytics) cookies before they are set, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser:

• Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies in their privacy or security settings.
• You can set your browser to refuse non-essential cookies; the site will still work, though some preferences may not be remembered.
• Clearing cookies will reset any choices you have made here.

Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies (for example, the anti-bot check on our forms) may prevent parts of the site from working.
